These are great but I think those are alpacas and not llamas which means they’d have been alpacanated. Hmmmmmm? Just not the same! Let’s pretend they’re llamas!

Most people don’t unless they have actually seen both. Alpacas have smaller ears, flatter, rounder faces and different shaped hooves. They also don’t spit as much as llamas. They’re from the camelid family. I only know because my friend has llamas and another friend has alpacas. The January chapter in my book is about alpacas and I am making it into a larger children’s book called The Pacas Are coming – ZuZu and the Crias. I didn’t know anything about them three years ago!
