Queen Anne has once more declared a De-clutterathon!     Except, this time it’s a Paper Purgathon!

  2. Good luck to everyone with the paper purgathon! I am no longer fence sitting – I am elder sitting for my 90 year old dad while ma is in hospital. Not around much Melinda – please forgive me if I miss updates, am snatching time online very sporadically. Hoping things will get easier now that ma has had her hip op and the drama of preparing for it has passed. Now, get on with that purge!

    • I knew it was coming up. I’ve been praying a lot for your mom, and her surgery. Please keep me updated on she’s doing, when you can! And, how you and your sis are doing, as sitters! I’ll be getting down to business shortly, for another furious bout of shredding- hopefully! lol

      • Thank you – yes, mum is making very good progress. My dad became ill with the stress and it has been very difficult – just like being a mum again, rushed off my feet, eating breakfast at about 11.30 while trying to juggle laundry and dishing out millions of pills on time. I have lost count of how many times my rear almost touches the sofa but then someone wants something. Great for my thighs though – like doing squats! Last night, it was 11.30 before I was finished my ‘duties’ and I was too tired to get myself up the stairs to bed! But help is on the way and I can have a few days off. I am going to sleep!!!!!! Thank you for caring guys. xxx

      • I’m glad you’re getting a few days off. it serves nobody, you getting all worn out. Just promise, you will try to take care of yourself now, OK? (i did say try.. I know how difficult it can be 🙂 ) I’m hoping your mum and dad recovers at a rapid pace, so you guys get to enjoy the holidays that are upcoming without to much stress. Big, BIG hug being send over from Norway.
